Calling all students and parents! In the spirit of starting the year off right, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming event, the "Kumon Goal Setting Party". This event is designed to motivate, inspire, and engage our students in setting their goals for the upcoming year. So, mark your calendar for an interactive, fun-filled day where you get to plan your future, participate in exciting activities, and maybe even win some prizes!
One of the main highlights of the event is setting your goals for August 2024, aiming to be recognized as Kumon’s ASHR (Advanced Student Honor Roll) in our annual Awards Ceremony. This elaborate ceremony is a way for us to appreciate and acknowledge the hard work put in by our students throughout the year. So, make sure you come prepared with your goals and aspirations, as this could be your chance to shine!
In addition to goal setting, we have a photo booth set up for you to take pictures for your 2024 Goal Sheet. This is not just any ordinary photo booth, but one where you can capture your ambition and determination. It's your opportunity to have a visual representation of your future self, achieving all the goals you've set.
Here's a twist! We have a "You Pick Day" where students get to pick a worksheet for their parents to complete. It's a fun way to reverse roles and see how your parents fare in solving the worksheets that you deal with daily. It's also a great way to involve your parents in your learning journey and give them a sneak peek into your academic life.
What's a party without some creativity and crafts? We have a "Holiday Craft" activity where you get to decorate a holiday-themed template to take home with you. It's a fun, hands-on activity that allows you to unleash your creativity and bring a piece of the party back home.
And there's more! Each student attending the party will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win various fun prizes. It's a random draw, but who knows, you might just be the lucky one to win some exciting goodies. So make sure you keep that ticket safe!
Finally, as you wrap up your day, make sure to grab some delicious hot cocoa for the road. Nothing complements a day of goal setting, fun activities, and potential prize-winning like a comforting cup of hot cocoa. It's our little way of saying thank you for being part of this event and for being part of the Kumon family.
